Meaning of the Fleur-de-lis
The fleur-de-lis is a symbol of power, sovereignty, honour and loyalty, and also of purity of body and soul. Today, the fleur-de-lis is the symbol that represents scouts, as it was also a symbol used in Freemasonry. Its 6 points represent its 6 pillars, the 3 points above, God, country and home, and the 3 points below, loyalty, goodness and purity.
The fleur-de-lis is widely used in any piece, as a symbol of rebirth and balance, in charms, bracelets, as a base for earrings. It is a symbol of the shield, but can be modernized by including six petals. One of the most emblematic pieces of jewelry is the Fleur-de-lis Tiara of the Spanish crown.
